Balletic technique is the backbone of almost all other styles of dance (jazz, liturgical, modern, etc.).  Ballet is a discipline in which the dancer trains his or her body to take turned-out positions that are the basis of dance.  We instruct in the classical styles of Chechetti and French ballet.  The dancer can expect a very structured class in ballet beginning with work at the barre and ending with combinations using the positions previously learned.
